We are seeking an experienced insurance advisory professional to join our growing Insurance Transformation Practice.

Unlike traditional delivery roles, this position is advisory in nature and requires a deep understanding of the insurance landscape, strong client engagement capabilities, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

  • Design and document business requirements, workflows, and use cases for system enhancements and new implementations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional client teams across business, operations, data, and technology functions to ensure successful engagement outcomes.
  • Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and change management activities to support adoption and knowledge transfer.
  • Prepare and present project status updates, insights, recommendations, and executive-level communications.
  • Stay informed about insurance industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, and proactively share insights with clients and internal teams.

Experience
