We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Hospitality Manager to lead catering and hospitality services at an International Law Firm. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, delivering high-quality events and dining services, and building strong client relationships. You will lead and develop a team, ensuring excellent customer service, high performance, and engagement. The role also includes full financial responsibility (P&L), budget management, reporting, and driving profitability.

Key duties:

  • Overseeing catering orders

  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and food hygiene standards
  • Continuously improving service delivery through innovation

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years’ experience in a similar role
