Applications are welcome from suitably qualified and experienced teachers who have a commitment to, and passion for, delivering the new PSHE and Citizenship curriculum across the full secondary age range. This is a unique opportunity for experienced or aspirational middle leaders, to head up our well established and highly valued department.

As the head of department, the successful candidate will be instrumental in building on, and delivering, the exciting changes required from September 2026 and will lead the promotion of this popular and important subject, which we deliver as a discrete element on our KS3 and KS4 timetable in light of its importance to the ethos and values of our school.
