As a Handy Person, you’re not just performing daily guest room maintenance - you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Perform room maintenance: Complete daily repairs and maintenance tasks, including carpet cleaning and floor polishing, to ensure guest rooms and hallways are in proper working order.
  • Manage inventory: Maintain appropriate stock levels of replacement items for guest rooms and corridors.
  • Ensure safety compliance: Identify and report any health or safety issues found on guest floors.
  • Support special projects: Assist with ad hoc maintenance tasks and departmental projects as needed.
