Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to concept, design, and deliver creative assets across digital and print channels.
- Contribute fresh ideas and creative thinking to campaigns from concept through to execution.
- Take ownership of projects, managing timelines and collaborating confidently across multiple departments.
- Help maintain the new company website, ensuring a consistent, engaging, and high-quality user experience.
- Design engaging visual content including social assets, presentations, banners, marketing collateral, and event materials.
- Support brand and event initiatives with creative assets for presentations, activations, and on-site experiences.
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a high standard of design quality.
- Work closely with Motion Graphics and other creative teams to deliver a cohesive brand experience across all touchpoints.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while balancing priorities and deadlines effectively.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of previous experience in similar roles.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
- Working knowledge of Figma, particularly for maintaining and updating website assets.
- Strong presentation design skills with a good understanding of layout, hierarchy, and visual storytelling.
- Solid understanding of digital-first design, including web, social, and responsive formats.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong eye for typography, composition, and branding.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems proactively.
