This is a temporary role from September 2026‑March 2027. The Global Practice Area (PA) Manager for BCG Transform plays a central role in supporting the management and operations of BCG’s global Transform Practice Area. The role works closely with the Global Practice Management Director (GPMD) and global and regional Leadership Teams to drive strategic priorities, enable commercial growth, strengthen practice operations, and support collaboration across the Transform community. As part of the global practice management team, the PA Manager helps coordinate initiatives across regions, sectors, and functional teams, playing an integral role in ensuring alignment of key priorities and contributing to the continued growth and impact of the Transform Practice Area.
More specifically, activities will include but are not limited to:
- Commercial & Strategic Support
- Support execution of the global Transform PA agenda and strategic priorities
- Coordinate core practice management activities, including global affiliate meetings, leadership meetings, business updates, and operational planning
- Track and analyse practice performance metrics, pipeline activity, and key commercial and financial indicators
- Business Development & Client Impact
- Support business development initiatives focused on expanding BCG Transform’s presence in the midmarket space
- Partner with commercial and regional teams to identify growth opportunities, priority accounts, and client engagement strategies
- Help drive commercial success of client impact offerings through coordinated client impact newsletters, go-to-market activities, and pipeline and performance tracking
- Global Learning & Development Program Management
- Support the design, coordination, and execution of global learning and development programs for the Transform Practice Area
- Coordinate global training sessions, workshops, onboarding activities, and support learning events across regions
- Monitor participation, feedback, and program effectiveness to support continuous improvement of learning initiatives

What You’ll Bring
- 8-10 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred
- Ability to manage and drive area of accountability, contributing to higher level agenda setting
- Ability to lead more complex, broader sub-functional teams or projects fully independently and provide direction to others
- Ability to resolve complex issues and non-defined problems autonomously, with full business acumen
- Strong interpersonal skills, credibility
- Ability to influence senior members of the PA and beyond
- Ability to respect sensitive client, BCG, and people related information as personal and confidential
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced knowledge in Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel; experience in ChatGPT and Claude preferred
Who You’ll Work With
The PA Manager works closely with the Global Practice Management Executive Director and selected Managing Directors and Partners on the global PA Leadership Team for setting and executing the PA strategy. For daily business, the candidate collaborates closely with marketing team, Regional Managers, and PA Coordinators in the Transform Practice as well as their peers from adjacent practices. Further collaboration with other global and regional BCG teams occurs as needed.
The number of Transformations within BCG are growing rapidly, currently representing ~25%+ of the business, and having strong impact within BCG and externally. This role is an exciting opportunity to play a key role, working together with senior leadership across BCG and within BCG Transform to initiate and accelerate critical projects for BCG of the future.
