Ralph Lauren Corporation in London seeks a People Business Partner Lead for Global Marketing to drive and deliver key people programs in partnership with the Global Marketing organization. You will advise marketing leaders and the broader People team, shaping performance, talent and succession strategies and organizational design.

You will partner with executives and finance to ensure budget alignment, and lead Employee Learning, onboarding, and development initiatives while supporting employees.
