The AI Transformation GTM Leader – Partnerships will lead the go‑to‑market orchestration required to help BCG bring AI transformation opportunities to clients at scale. The role will work with CCOs, client teams, Practice Area leadership, AI and Functional teams, and alliances partners to shape the right client propositions, mobilize the right capabilities, and translate partner‑enabled assets into repeatable commercial motions. This role is intended to act as a senior GTM integrator and solution‑orchestration leader across BCG’s AI transformation agenda. The leader will help CCOs and teams navigate complex capabilities and partner ecosystems, support large priority opportunities, and ensure that the right BCG and partner offers are assembled around client needs. The role will also shape the partnerships strategy needed to accelerate adoption, commercial traction, and impact from AI transformation offerings.
The GTM Leader will work closely with BCG’s Technology Alliances partners, including Google, Amazon, Microsoft, OpenAI, Anthropic, and others, to identify joint priorities, shape market‑back opportunities, and orchestrate the right partner capabilities into scalable AI transformation offers. This includes helping CCOs and client teams define the right technology stack strategy for priority clients and opportunities—spanning cloud, data, AI platforms, model providers, agentic workflows, integration layers, governance, and security—while ensuring BCG brings the right mix of internal expertise, assets, and external alliance capabilities to accelerate AI‑led commercial impact.
Critical elements of the role include:
- Shape, drive and lead the PMO of the AI transformation GTM agenda with a clear focus on client impact, commercial acceleration, and scalable offers.
- Partner with CCOs and client teams to identify priority AI transformation opportunities and orchestrate the right BCG capabilities, alliance partner assets, and delivery models.
- Serve as a senior solution‑orchestration leader for large AI transformation deals, helping teams translate client needs into compelling, integrated propositions.
- Define, package, and continuously evolve AI transformation offers that combine BCG expertise, technology capabilities, and partnership‑enabled assets.
- Develop and activate the partnerships strategy required to support BCG’s AI transformation agenda, including where alliances can create distinctive client value.
- Create pragmatic GTM playbooks, use cases, and commercial enablement assets that help teams move from interest to qualified pipeline and closed work.
- Establish feedback loops from CCOs, client teams, WOM / leadership forums, and alliance partners to sharpen offers, improve execution, and identify whitespace.
- Track progress across priority opportunities, pipeline, partner engagement, and adoption of AI transformation offers, escalating risks and opportunities as needed.
- Drive a OneBCG approach by connecting Global Practices, Client Team, BCG X / technology teams, Partner Services, Marketing, Finance, and regional commercial leadership.
You are good at:
- Driving AI transformation and commercial change: You bring strong conviction on how AI can reshape client agendas, consulting offers, and BCG ways of working.
- Understanding the Alliances ecosystem and being able to embed into the AI transformation roadmaps: You know the alliances ecosystem and how this can be embedded into consulting GTM motions.
- GTM orchestration across complex ecosystems: You can connect client demand, CCO priorities, practice capabilities, partner assets, and delivery teams into a coherent commercial plan.
- Thought partnering with senior leaders: You are effective with CCOs, MDPs, PALs, GPMDs, alliance leaders, and senior BST stakeholders.
- Structuring offers and large opportunities: You can translate ambiguous client needs into clear propositions, opportunity architectures, deal‑shaping logic, and repeatable GTM assets.
- Operating in ambiguity: You are comfortable building a new role and operating model while the AI market, partner landscape, and client needs continue to evolve.
- Executing across a broad waterfront: You can manage multiple opportunities, stakeholders, partner conversations, and enablement priorities at once, while maintaining focus on measurable commercial impact.
- Communicating with clarity: You write and speak crisply, simplify complexity, and create executive‑ready materials that help teams act.
- Delivering high‑quality impact and results: You set a high bar for follow‑through, move quickly from ideas to execution, and create tangible progress against business priorities.
