Cambridgeshire County Council is seeking an Early Support Adviser to join the Early Years SEND team in Papworth Everard. The role focuses on delivering inclusive SEND support to children and families, coordinating a multi-disciplinary pathway and working with childcare providers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Extensive SEND experience
  • Knowledge of the Early Years framework and SEND Code of Practice
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ability to work independently
