The Forward Trust is seeking a Band 6 Dual Diagnosis Nurse in Thurrock on a part-time basis (21 hours/week). The role focuses on assessment, care planning, risk management and evidence-based interventions for individuals with co-occurring substance misuse and mental health needs.
You will work within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with health, social care and community partners to ensure integrated, holistic care and support recovery and wellbeing.
