We're looking for a Support Worker to join our team in Cross Hands, providing consistent, high-quality support to a gentleman with a farming background and a visual impairment. This is a casual role, offering £13 per hour, working on a Thursday for approximately 5 hours, covering when the usual worker is unavailable. It's a small commitment but for the person we support, having someone reliable and familiar in their corner means everything.
Comprehensive training is provided, so you don't need to have all the answers from day one.
What you'll do
- Provide personalised support within the home and in the community, helping with everyday tasks such as:
- Cooking and household tasks
- Managing appointments
- Finances and admin
- Social activities and community access
What we're looking for

- Enthusiastic about supporting someone to live life on their own terms
- Knowledge of sensory impairments is helpful but not essential
