Salary: £55,000- £60,000 annually depending on experience

About the role:

We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional Senior Brand Manager to join the Mixes team in the Coffee Division based in Park House, Crawley. This role will report directly into the Marketing Manager for Mixes and will see you work on the world’s biggest coffee brand, NESCAFÉ, to deliver best in class marketing activities that support us to achieve our commercial objectives. NESCAFÉ is the biggest coffee brand in the world and providing great quality coffee which tastes delicious and is responsibly sourced is at the top of our agenda. Marketing at Nestlé gives you experience of the full mix of disciplines, from generating brand strategy to executing annual plans, leading exciting innovation and renovation initiatives, and creating engaging consumer communications. You’ll be working daily with cross-functional teams to make your plans come to life.

Your impact:

As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the full NESCAFÉ Mixes (Foaming and Non-Foaming) portfolio. You will work with the Zone & SBU teams to lead the development of the Foaming & Non-Foaming coffee category by executing significant innovation projects & identifying new growth opportunities.

Key responsibilities:

  • Driving brand performance by delivering sales, market share and profit targets across the Nescafé Mixes portfolio.
  • Leading media strategy and investment decisions, leveraging insights, econometrics and performance data to optimise plans.
  • Translating consumer, shopper and category insights into actionable brand initiatives, innovation pipelines and pack/price strategies.
  • Building compelling commercial propositions and lead innovation from concept to launch in collaboration with above-market and technical teams.
  • Monitoring market, category and competitor trends to evaluate marketing effectiveness and proactively adapt brand plans in a dynamic FMCG environment.

Your ingredients for success:

Ideally, we are looking for an experienced marketer who is already operating at a SBM level, or an exceptional BM who is ready to step up. Someone who has exceptionally strong commercial acumen coupled with the ability to influence well within the matrix to deliver the best brand experiences alongside our above-market colleagues. You will be passionate, tenacious; results focused and enjoy working in a highly energetic and exciting environment. Acting as an ambassador for the brand, you will have strong project management and analytical skills whilst being a conscientious team player. Pro-activity and enthusiasm are essential elements for this role.

Required skills and abilities:

  • Influence and align senior stakeholders across local, market and European teams with confidence.
  • Proactively steer brand plans and key initiatives, ensuring effective collaboration at the right moments.
  • Communicate with impact, from small-group discussions to large presentations for internal and customer audiences.
  • Manage multiple complex projects end-to-end, including leading successful new product launches.
  • Bring strong FMCG experience (with beverages/coffee a bonus), thriving in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
