The Role
Location: Corby, Northamptonshire
Hours: 3-shift rotation
We're seeking a dedicated Lithographic Offset Printer to bring expertise to our growing team. If you value teamwork, quality, and maintaining high standards, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operating the KBA 162 6 colour with double coater.
- Maintain high standards of Health & Safety and PPE compliance.
- Report any non-conformities to the Print Manager.
- Build skills in paper awareness, ink/colour management, machine setup, and production efficiency.
- Handle machine housekeeping, maintenance, and ISO-aligned QC checks.
- Support company certifications and wider Health & Safety initiatives.
- Carry out additional duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in lithographic offset printing.
- Manufacturing background with technical expertise.
- Attention to detail and a strong eye for color.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Resilience under pressure with a willingness to learn new skills.
