The Role
This pivotal role will allow for hands-on learning, with significant opportunities. There will be an expectation for face-to-face engagement with customers, where you have great opportunity to build your network and experience with household brands. Key Responsibilities
- Account Management - 70%
- Support and manage a portfolio of established blue-chip customer accounts.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Identify opportunities to expand business within existing accounts.
- Help ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Support the onboarding and integration of new customer accounts.
- New Business Development – 30%
- Research and identify new opportunities within target markets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective customers and display users.
- Generate new revenue through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
- Convert internal referrals and intercompany leads into commercial opportunities.
- Deliver engaging presentations and sales proposals to major brands and key stakeholders.
- Commercial & Strategic Delivery
- Develop account plans using value-based selling approaches.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions that create value.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver customer projects.
- Support the development of structural design solutions that enhance competitiveness and improve supply chain efficiency.
- Manage pipeline reporting, forecasting, and account budgets.

Essential Skills and Experience
