  • Proven ability to design and deliver strategic, risk-based compliance monitoring programmes and implement financial crime prevention policies in an FCA-regulated environment.
  • Experience engaging effectively with the FCA and senior stakeholders, supported by strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
  • Professional compliance qualifications (e.g., ICA, CISI) and experience supporting SM.
