  • Cluster Marketing Manager – London
  • In charge of setting up the social media strategy and calendar for the hotel
  • Develops and executes promotions campaign or posts related to F&B, weddings, rooms and conferences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on the impact of all activities implemented on social medias
  • Work with photographers, videographers and influencers to create high-quality promotional content.
  • Verify the Hotel's website and related websites are updated on a regular basis.
  • Make sure online platform reflect the hotel positioning and showcase the property unique selling point.
  • Partners with the Commercial Director to create marketing plan aligned to hotel sales and revenue strategy.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of hotel events and promotional activities.
  • Lead market research efforts to understand competitor strategy
  • Keep inform on competitors latest trends and positioning
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitor activities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve future marketing efforts.
  • REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • University degree or experience in lieu
  • Significant work experience in related roles
  • Fluent in English, verbal and writing skills
  • PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Advanced degree preferred
  • Experience of the hospitality industry experience preferred in Sales, Marketing, Revenue or Operating roles
  • Supervisory experience would be advantageous
  • Proficiency with Word, Power Point, Excel
