We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Care Manager to lead and oversee the delivery of high-quality nursing and care services within our care home with nursing. This is a pivotal leadership role and a fantastic opportunity for one of our Registered Nurses to take the next step in their professional journey.

The role offers the chance to shape clinical standards, lead and develop colleagues, and play a key part in ensuring we continue to deliver safe, effective and person-centred care to our residents. This role provides visible clinical leadership to nurses and care teams, ensuring care is safe, effective, person-centred and fully compliant with professional, regulatory and organisational standards.

Working closely with the Registered Manager, you will support clinical governance, inspection readiness and continuous quality improvement, while deputising for the Registered Manager as required. This is an opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about high standards of care, staff development and delivering excellent outcomes for residents. This post is working 39 hours per week Monday to Friday.
