Immediate Start Part-Time 20 Hrs P/W £13.75 P/H – £14.00 P/H (Depending on Experience) Gloucester, Cheltenham and Stroud.

We are looking for a compassionate Home Care worker to join our friendly domiciliary and supported living care team, supporting clients in their own homes. You must have a full UK driving license, and access to a reliable car is essential for this role.

Role

As a Home Care Assistant, you will support vulnerable adults in the Community with all aspects of their daily living, including social and physical activities, personal care, mobility, and meal times. This role can be very rewarding for the right candidate. Commit2Care will provide full training and support to help you change to a career that is both rewarding and meaningful.

Available Shifts:

We offer a range of morning, evening, and weekend shifts each week, with particular demand for care workers who can support during the morning shift. Shift Time: 7 am to 2 pm and 4 pm to 10 pm. This role is perfect for care workers seeking flexible work patterns and dependable weekly shifts. Even though the shifts are flexible, we are looking for care workers who can maintain regular availability and consistently commit to their agreed working schedule.

Requirements
  • Minimum 6 months of experience required

  • Able to commit to regular working shifts, early or late shifts, including every other weekend
