We have an exciting opportunity for an ambitious Chef De Partie to help us create exceptional food experiences as part of our talented culinary team at The Conduit – one of London’s leading private members’ clubs. As a Chef De Partie, you will be working in a passionate and hard‑working team to create an outstanding culinary experience for our members and guests. Birchwood at The Conduit is a brand‑new cafe and wine bar that will bring a fresh, ingredient‑led approach rooted in seasonality and sustainable sourcing. Expect bold, thoughtful dishes and a space designed for connection in the heart of Covent Garden.
Chef de Partie – The role:
- Preparing delicious, high‑quality food that delights our clients and customers
- Being an enthusiastic team player and excellent communicator
- Representing Levy and maintaining a positive brand image
- Complying with Food Handling & Hygiene standards
- Complying with Health & Safety regulations
