Shift pattern
Monday – Friday days rotating 7am – 2pm & 11am – 7pm, 37.5 hours per week
Key Responsibilities
- Set up sites on Timegate (scheduling system) with all relevant operational information required to base roster sites and other information.
- Provide necessary data for other support departments.
- Schedule appropriately trained core officers within the live roster scenario.
- Keep relief officer spreadsheets organised, up to date and managed to reflect Timegate rostering.
- Coordinate functional teams to ensure training content reflects the latest security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Sourcing and allocating operational cover in the event of absences across the security portfolio as necessary.
- Respond to queries from clients and officers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Work closely with the operational team to ensure service excellence to internal and external clients.
- Liaise regularly with HR to communicate sites that have recruitment needs or long-term sick issues reducing the relief options for annual leave or absence.
- Collate annual leave requests and provide responses utilising the company systems tools and trained relief officers available to approve, where possible, within the company annual leave policy and holiday budgets.
