Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present food to the standards required by Caterlink and the client.
  • Ensure all Food Safety and Health and Safety procedures are followed and all mandatory paperwork is completed accurately.
  • Support line manager with day‑to‑day running of the location, including managing inventories, monitoring budgets, and implementing action plans.
  • Enhance the company’s reputation for excellent food and service, consistently exceeding expectations.
  • Obtain an enhanced DBS disclosure as part of safeguarding and welfare commitments.

Qualifications

  • Level 2 NVQ professional cookery or equivalent (desirable but not essential; full training will be provided).
  • Food Safety certification.
  • Allergens training.
  • Health and Safety awareness.
