We are looking for a motivated and detail-focused Data Insight Officer (Housing) to join our Impact, Performance and Strategic Change team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in improving the quality of tenant data across our Housing services. High-quality data is essential to meeting the Regulator of Social Housing’s Consumer Standards, as well as helping us better understand and support our residents—particularly those with vulnerabilities or protected characteristics.
You will lead on the delivery of our tenant census and data improvement activity, working collaboratively across teams and directly with tenants to ensure our data is accurate, complete, and up to date.
What you’ll be doing:
- Reviewing and improving the quality of tenant and household data across systems
- Identifying gaps and inconsistencies in data, and driving improvements
- Engaging directly with tenants
- Designing and delivering targeted campaigns to improve data completion rates
- Working closely with colleagues across housing services to align approaches
- Delivering training to support consistent and accurate data collection across housing service teams

Experience of working in housing, local government, or a data-focused role would be beneficial, but not essential. A Basic Disclosure is required for this post.
