We need you to ensure the effective delivery of planned maintenance services.

The Role

Working in our Delivery and Assurance you will assist with the development and maintenance of comprehensive contract and asset information to ensure the effective delivery of planned maintenance services. You will be responsible for managing the tenant alteration process, making decisions related to the process and coordinating with various sections and departments to ensure the correct decision is made. In addition, you will be coordinating the section 20 process ensuring all relevant projects are consulted on following the correct process. You will be responsible for carrying out monthly financial audits to ensure contractors are paid correctly and on time. Keeping records up to date as well as reviewing and verifying work programmes and making sure that our property-based data management system reflects work undertaken is an essential part of the job. Not only will you be dealing with enquiries, but we’ll look to you to liaise with contractors and key stakeholders and complete general business related tasks.

About You

Bringing with you good interpersonal and communication skills, our ideal candidate will have in depth knowledge of the tenant alteration process and the section 20 regulations. In addition, you will have demonstrable experience of data collection, input, analysis, and interpretation using MRI Asset, IDOX and Fast Draft. With accuracy and attention to detail you will possess good written and numerical skills along with an understanding of technical terminology used within building maintenance/ construction. Hours

£32,597- £36,363 per annum (City Pay Band 4), pro rata for part time.

Location

This is flexible – working in Cambridge on site or at one of our offices or working from home. You will be able to balance your work location accordingly.
