National Highways is seeking a Payroll HR Advisor to join the Pay team in Birmingham.

You will provide first-line advice on pay queries to managers and employees, and perform data changes in payroll systems with right-first-time accuracy.

You will also communicate HR policies affecting pay, audit payroll data for compliance, and monitor trends to suggest improvements across pay processes.
