The Role

As a pivotal member of TSL’s Operations Team, the Cable Team Leader will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of Warehouse Technicians within our Basingstoke warehouse. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll ensure efficient throughput, uphold TSL's exceptional quality standards, and assist the Department Manager in the seamless running of the department. If you lead by example, take pride in your work, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and motivate the team to achieve operational goals and deadlines.
  • Ensure adherence to quality standards, including checking equipment before dispatch.
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs as necessary.
  • Interact professionally with freelancers and clients, resolving inquiries efficiently.
  • Maintain clean, tidy, and organised work areas in accordance with health and safety policies.

  • Proven leadership and supervisory experience in a fast‑paced environment.
