Civil Enforcement Officer – Full Time – 40 hours per week; 5/7 – Up to £29,120 per annum

An exciting prospect has arisen for a Civil Enforcement Officer in Buckinghamshire. Civil Enforcement Officers ensure that all drivers follow parking policies on public streets and in car parks. They are an important part of keeping the roads moving and ensuring public safety.

What we’re looking for:

  • Enjoys working outside, with fresh air and exercise.
  • Wants to join a reliable business and team, playing a key role in the local area.
  • Has excellent Customer Service skills and enjoys working with the public.
  • Can work independently as well as part of a large diverse team.
  • Is resilient, reliable, and conscientious.

Responsibilities:

  • Patrol public streets and council car parks to issue Penalty Charge Notices.
  • Guide the public on parking rules and advise about parking provisions.
  • Report any defects to street furniture, such as signs and road markings.

Benefits:

  • Up to £29,120 per annum (includes base salary plus mobile allowance).
  • Mobile allowance available for drivers/moped riders (conditions apply).
  • 40 hours per week, any five days of seven as per rota.
  • 20 days annual leave plus 8 Bank Holidays.
