As an Assistant Health Club Manager, you’re not just supervising daily health club operations – you’re spreading the light and warmth of hospitality by delivering memorable experiences that make the stay for every guest.

Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:

  • Supervise health club operations: Support the Manager/Director in operating the health club, fitness center, spa, or salon.
  • Lead the health club team: Train, schedule, and supervise team members across fitness, spa, and guest service roles to ensure a seamless, high-quality guest experience.
  • Provide hands‑on support: Step into staff roles as needed to maintain service continuity and uphold quality across all guest touchpoints.
  • Support business operations: Assist with marketing, merchandising, programming, inventory management, and tracking financial performance to drive engagement and efficiency.
  • Uphold regulatory standards: Maintain compliance with health, safety, and sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations, ensuring the highest standards of guest and team member wellbeing.
