What we need from you:
- Outbound (SALES calling) experience B2B, or B2C minimum 3 years
- Knowledge of the IT, Software, Telecoms and Financial services industry is an advantage
- Clear communication skills and strong telephone manner
- The ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
- Be computer literate - familiar with Office 365 and have experience with database navigation
- Good attention to detail
- Mature attitude, with capability to discuss business issues
- Confident, self-starter - ability to think on your feet
- Friendly personality and a great team player!
What the role involves:
- This role will involve making B2B outbound calls on behalf of different clients. The type of call will vary from campaign to campaign but will include, although not limited to:
- Generation of leads, making appointments for Senior Executives with decision makers and undertaking detailed research
- Making telephone calls to prospects
- Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved
- Achieve budgeted campaign DMC rate and specified targets
- Understand and manage personal performance daily
- Attend all campaign briefings
- Act as a representative of the client and representing their interests always
- Following company script guidelines approximately and follow detailed briefs to conduct campaign calls
Self-employed hourly rate: Β£12.21 - Β£16.00 per hour. Willing to consider full time or part time hours - flexible on start/finish times. Also happy for hours to be worked over less days, if a 4-day week is needed. Laptop, phone system and headset will be provided. 3-month trial period.
Working full time hours: 9-5pm Monday to Friday
Working part time hours: 16 hours minimum per week Monday to Friday - Flexible but must be able to work a block of 4 hours minimum each day.
