You will receive full training on products and services and will focus on cold calling to secure new business and convert leads provided by the marketing team to contribute to business growth.

What we need from you as an Internal Sales Consultant:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with B2B outbound Telesales calling and new business generation

What the role involves:
- Reporting to the New Business Sales Manager, the Sales Consultant will focus on securing B2B business, primarily via cold and warm telephone calling.
- You will have the autonomy to work with your own target sectors and build and nurture your pipeline.
- You will also be provided warm leads brought in by extensive marketing channels.
- Understand client needs and recognising where they may benefit from any additional services.
- Nurturing marketing leads, preparing quotes and proposals.
- Dealing with SMEs and not-for-profits.
- Maintaining accurate records via company CRM and managing a diary.
- Working with the wider sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets to help the business meet its goals.
- Working on KPIs set by the New Business Sales Manager.
- Work across other company subsidiaries and brands.
Salary: up to £32,500 per year full-time equivalent/pro rata for part-time.
Hours: Full time 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday. Part time 9am - 5pm, 3 days a week Thursday and Friday and one other additional day, for anyone seeking part-time hours.
