The role would suit somebody already experienced as a White Goods Engineer looking to further their career, as opportunity for ongoing training and development is available. What we need from you:
- A minimum of 2 years experience working as an engineer on white goods appliances
- Excellent fault finding and diagnostic analysis skills
- Competency in the use of tools and equipment
- Excellent customer service skills - to confidently communicate with customers face to face
- High degree of self-motivation, commitment, and pride in your work
- Must be a team player and able to work on own initiative
- Basic computer level/IT literacy
- Current full UK driving license
- Ideally you will be based in or around the West Midlands
What the role involves:
- Attending customers' homes and carrying out repairs to a high standard
- Working on washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigeration, and gas appliances
- Must be clean, smart, and capable of following company procedures
- Keeping the company van clean and tidy
- Completion of any associated paperwork
Salary: £30,000 - £37,000 per year basic OTE up to £50K.
Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week, with some flexibility around the hours to be worked.
