Ready to shape the future of two iconic Yorkshire country inns? This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and creative Marketing Manager to make their mark with a successful and brand-aware hospitality business. With a mix of partly home-based working and time spent on-site between two traditional inns you will play a key role in shaping the brand, driving growth and showcasing these charming destinations to national and international audiences.
If you have proven marketing experience within hospitality, music events, or weddings and a solid understanding of Marketing best practice, this is your chance to bring fresh ideas, strategy and vision to a business where loyalty, creativity, and long-term commitment are valued.
What we need from you as a Marketing Manager:
- Experience working in a similar Marketing role with the ability to demonstrate your experience and success within hospitality, events or weddings
- A good understanding of traditional and digital Marketing concepts and best practice on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube both in terms of organic posting and paid advertising
- Knowledge of website CMS and marketing automation tools
- Proficiency in developing and overseeing email marketing initiatives and campaigns
- Spotless at written content
- Experience with web analytic tools such as Google Analytics
- Experience using MS Office and all industry Adobe software
- Be commercially minded with management reports, highlighting bestselling products/services and categories to push on paid ads and socials

What this role involves:
- Social Media management across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube
- Sourcing, negotiating, and organisation of influencers and creators
- Running email Marketing campaigns
- Database building and management
- Developing and managing a social media revenue stream
- Working with on-site managers and staff to capture content
- Managing deadlines and workflows
- Developing a schedule of marketing activity and content annual, weekly, and daily
- E-commerce shop development
- Managing onsite marketing, POS, and upselling opportunities
- Potential to manage/build a team
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per year.
Hours: Working Monday to Friday 9.30am - 5pm, flexible. Some weekend work might be needed to capture content.
