Your Role
- To design and deliver training to new, existing staff and inexperienced users providing a high standard of system & process knowledge whether this is 1-2-1 or in groups.
- To produce / develop comprehensive training materials for staff to ensure effective use of systems, including user manuals, instructional guides, and interactive training modules, suitable for the diverse needs of all users.
- To provide onsite support to resolve knowledge issues with devices that relate to relevant IT systems including coaching / mentoring staff as required.
- To act as a systems site champion for training.
- To work alongside all those involved to achieve the desired outcomes of the roll out of new systems and processes.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
- Technical Support and Training
- To produce / develop comprehensive training materials for staff to ensure effective use of systems and processes, including user manuals, instructional guides, and interactive training modules, suitable for the diverse needs of all users.
- To ensure working instructions / guides remain up-to-date and follow QA processes.
- To carry out ad-hoc tasks as requested.
- To support audits as required.
- To ensure all training is delivered in accordance with the required compliance, policies, procedures that are relevant.
- Use the tools and functionality provided by the systems applications to configure and customise, to meet the business requirements.
- Work with end users to identify, troubleshoot and resolve discrepancies within data and the system.
- Understand and utilise the IT teams systems and processes for managing incidents and changes.
This role has the potential for either a permanent hire, or an interim day rate contractor for the right candidate.
