Have you delivered end to end Salesforce Implementations? Do you enjoy having ownership of full end to end projects? I am working with a Housing Association based local to Slough to recruit for a Salesforce Project Manager/Lead to take end‑to‑end ownership of their brand new greenfield Salesforce implementation.

You’ll be responsible for shaping and driving the entire delivery lifecycle. From early discovery and design, through build, testing, cutover, go‑live and early‑life support, you will ensure the programme is planned, coordinated and delivered in a controlled, transparent and effective way. You’ll work across multiple service areas, bringing together business, technical teams and delivery partners to ensure decisions are made at the right time and the organisation is ready for change.

A key part of the role will be coordinating a complex set of workstreams, covering Salesforce configuration, integrations, data, reporting, testing, training and operational readiness. You’ll actively manage dependencies, risks and scope, keeping momentum while ensuring the right level of governance and assurance throughout.

This role will also involve managing and holding delivery partners and systems integrators to account, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards of quality, pace and value for money. You’ll drive clear reporting for senior leaders and governance forums, making it easy for stakeholders to understand what’s on track, what’s at risk, and where decisions or support are needed.

Importantly, this role goes beyond technical delivery. You’ll play a central part in ensuring the organisation is ready to adopt new ways of working, coordinating testing, training, communications and hypercare so that Salesforce lands successfully and becomes embedded into day‑to‑day operations.

They’re looking for someone with strong experience delivering complex system or platform implementations end to end in Salesforce. You’ll be comfortable running structured delivery frameworks, building integrated plans, managing third‑party suppliers, and reporting confidently at senior and board level.

Experience working with integrations, data flows, cutover planning and early‑life support will be particularly valuable, as will the ability to operate calmly and credibly in a fast‑moving, multi‑stakeholder environment.

What makes this opportunity different is the true greenfield nature of the programme. You’ll have the opportunity to shape how Salesforce is delivered, governed and adopted from day one, and to leave behind a platform and delivery approach that genuinely improves services and ways of working.

The salary on offer is £60,000 to £70,000 with some great benefits. It is initially a hybrid role with 2 days a week in their office on the outskirts of Slough.
