I’m supporting a Housing Association based in Birmingham to recruit a Project Manager who will take the lead on implementing a brand-new Asset Management System. You’ll join a collaborative culture shaped by supportiveness, ambitiousness, customer-focused, and driven by social purpose.
This is a high-profile role with the opportunity to lead a cross-functional team, work directly with senior stakeholders, and be the key link with the technology partner to deliver a smooth, effective change that benefits colleagues and customers alike.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of a major asset management system project
- Managing project scope, risks, budgets, and timelines with confidence
- Working with senior stakeholders to define requirements and embed change
- Leading a multi-disciplinary project team and motivating colleagues across function
- Ensuring successful business adoption and measurable benefits from the project
Essential skills and experience:
- Social Housing or Local Authority Experience
- Led on technical system implementation
- Managed end to end projects
- Strong stakeholder engagement and management
- Good experience of project methodologies
This is a hybrid role, with 1 day a week being based in their office in the west midlands.
The salary is between £50,000 to £60,000 with some great benefits and a supportive purpose led culture, professional development, and opportunities to grow your career.
