Social Housing Technology Specialist | Recruit with Purpose

Are you a project manager who has experience leading on change and transformation projects within housing?

Recruit with Purpose are partnered with a Housing association in the South East who are looking for a Project Manager to come in and hit the ground running on their change and transformation projects.

You must have experience working in a project manager or similar positions. Stakeholder management experience will be essential as well as the ability to organise numerous suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth deliver.

This role will be a 12-month FTC with a strong possibility it would extend to 18 months.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Lead and deliver transformational and continuous improvement projects
• Manage projects end‑to‑end, from discovery and business case development through planning, execution and transition to operational delivery.
• You will be working with sponsors and operational leaders to develop clear business cases, benefits realisation plans and sustainable outcomes.
• Identify, manage and coordinate project resources, stakeholders and cross‑functional teams, including IT and frontline colleagues.
• Develop and deliver effective stakeholder engagement and communication plans in collaboration with Communications.
