Are you a project manager who has experience leading on Digital Switch over projects?

Have you coordinated vast digital switch over projects previously and are looking for a rewarding and flexible career in social housing?

Recruit with Purpose are partnered with a Housing association in the South East who are looking for a Project Manager to come in and hit the ground running on their digital switch over project.

They are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead their digital switchover programme, ensuring a smooth transition from analogue to digital services across their housing portfolio.

You will upgrade their telecare and other connected services to digital networks ahead of the official switch-off deadline, to ensure service continuity and enhance safety, reliability, and future-readiness.

You must have experience working in a project manager or similar position, working and leading on digital switch over / fibre installation projects. Stakeholder management experience will be essential as well as the ability to organise numerous suppliers and vendors to ensure a smooth delivery.

This role will be a 12‑month FTC with a strong possibility it would extend to 18 months.

What you will be doing in this role:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of the Digital Switchover Programme across their housing portfolio.
• Coordinate with internal teams, external suppliers, and stakeholders to ensure timely upgrades of telecare and other connected services.
• Manage risks, dependencies, and budgets associated with the programme.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Communicate progress and impact clearly to senior leadership and operational teams.
• Champion customer‑focused delivery, ensuring minimal disruption and clear communication to residents.

What is on offer to you:

• Up to £62,000 for the right individual
• Hybrid working 1 day a week in Kent
• There is an option for a 3 day week for the right individual although 5 days a week would be preferable
• 28 Days holiday + Bank Holidays
