A South East–based Housing Association is launching a significant transformation programme centred on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The focus is on improving processes around voids and empty homes, bringing Housing Management, CRM and mobile working platforms into a more connected and efficient operating model.
They are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Programme Manager to take overall coordination and delivery responsibility across three internal project streams, each led by an existing Project Manager.
The Role
- Lead and coordinate three internal projects, ensuring they align to the overarching Dynamics programme.
- Drive forward the transformation of voids processes through closer integration with Dynamics 365.
- Oversee work relating to CRM, case management, field service modules and wider Dynamics ecosystem improvements.
- Ensure all technical teams deliver the work needed to support the Dynamics roadmap.
- Manage interdependencies and maintain alignment across all workstreams.
- Provide clear direction, challenge, and governance — including identifying misalignment or blockers early.
- Work effectively across both IT and business stakeholders, particularly in housing operations and digital teams.
This is a newly formed programme, offering the opportunity to shape delivery structures, momentum and cross-team collaboration from the outset.
What You Will Bring
- Strong experience as a Programme Manager delivering complex programmes within Dynamics 365 / CRM environments.
- Solid IT background with semi-technical capability; able to engage credibly with technical teams without being hands-on.
- Experience overseeing multiple Project Managers and coordinating multi‑system technology programmes.
- Knowledge of Dynamics CRM, field service, case management and their integration points.
- Ability to bring together diverse technical workstreams to deliver a single cohesive outcome.
- Effective stakeholder management across both business and IT leadership.
- A practical, delivery-focused mindset with the confidence to challenge and maintain alignment across teams.
