Are you a Dynamics / Power Platform Developer who enjoys being close to the work and seeing real impact day to day? I am working with a Housing Association that's investing heavily in its Dynamics CRM and Power Platform capability. The demand has grown significantly, projects are ramping up, and they're now looking to bring in two permanent developers to support both delivery and ongoing transformation work.

You'll be very much 'boots on the ground' development, working across a mix of BAU and project work such as improving existing functionality, fixing issues, or delivering larger pieces of work as the organisation continues to expand its use of Dynamics. A big focus right now is around building out their CRM capability, including implementing new modules, as well as bringing legacy processes into Dynamics. The foundation is already there, and now it's about scaling, enhancing, and delivering against a growing pipeline of work.

You'll be working in a well-structured delivery environment. Business Analysts gather requirements, testing is handled by a separate QA team, and your focus is on designing, building, and delivering high-quality solutions. There's also a separate integration function, so this role is very much centred around core Dynamics and Power Platform development.

From a technical perspective, they're looking for someone with strong hands-on experience across:

  • Dynamics 365 CE and Model-Driven Apps
  • Power Platform
  • JavaScript

If you have experience in any of the below it is highly advantageous:

  • Plugin development using C# / TypeScript
  • Dataverse / SQL
  • Azure Integrations / Logic Apps
  • API Development

What's really important here is finding someone who enjoys being part of a busy, delivery-focused team. The workload is high, the roadmap is full, and there's a lot of opportunity to shape how things evolve as the team grows.

The role offers a hybrid working model, with 2 days per week in the office based in Manchester. The salary on offer is £56,000 with some great benefits.

If you're looking for a role where you can get close to the work, build within a growing Dynamics environment, and play a key role in scaling a platform that's getting real investment, please apply below.
