Do you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment where you can lead complex projects that deliver lasting business improvements? I'm working with a housing organisation to recruit a Project Manager to support a major integration and transformation programme. You'll be joining a well-established Technology, Data & Transformation function, playing a key role in delivering projects that support the organisation's long-term vision and strategic goals.
You'll be responsible for managing the end-to-end project lifecycle, from shaping scope and defining deliverables through to delivery, implementation and benefits realisation. Working closely with business sponsors, programme teams and stakeholders, you'll ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard.
This role sits within a complex, matrix environment, so strong stakeholder engagement and the ability to manage change effectively will be key. You'll be overseeing multiple projects within the CIO portfolio, identifying and mitigating risks, managing budgets, coordinating resources and ensuring quality outcomes that drive real transformation.
You'll be working across the organisation, supporting the delivery of strategic programmes, embedding change and ensuring smooth transition into business-as-usual.
If you have experience in the following, I'd love to hear from you:

- Stakeholder engagement at all levels
- ERP Transformations
- Agile, Prince2, APM, MSP or similar methodologies
The role is paying between £54,000 and £65,000 with a strong benefits package. The role is hybrid with 1 day a week in one of their office locations in Peterborough or Milton Keynes.
