I am working with a Housing Association to recruit for a Dynamics 365 Platform Lead that can provide leadership, ensuring the platform continues to evolve in a structured and sustainable way whilst supporting both operational and customer-facing services.
As the Dynamics 365 Platform Lead, you will work across technology and business teams to ensure the platform continues to evolve in line with organisational priorities while maintaining strong governance, security and architectural standards.
This is a leadership role that combines strategy, architecture and platform governance. You will be responsible for defining the future direction of the Dynamics 365 platform, supporting key transformation initiatives and ensuring the organisation makes the most of its investment across the Microsoft ecosystem.
The platform supports a range of customer-facing and operational services, and there is a strong focus on creating integrated, efficient and scalable solutions that improve outcomes for both customers and colleagues.
You’ll be responsible for defining the roadmap for the platform, ensuring solutions are designed appropriately and creating the standards and frameworks that support long-term success.
The role will involve working with stakeholders across the business, external delivery partners and Microsoft technologies to ensure the platform delivers value and supports wider organisational goals.
Key areas of focus include:
- Defining and governing the Dynamics 365 platform strategy.
- Ensuring scalable and sustainable platform architecture.
- Driving platform optimisation and innovation.
- Establishing effective governance, DevOps and ALM practices.
- Creating strong integration between Dynamics 365 and wider enterprise systems.
You’ll be a great fit if you have experience in:
- Experience leading enterprise-scale Dynamics 365 and Power Platform implementations.
- A solid understanding of Dataverse, security models, solution architecture and integrations.
- Experience establishing governance, DevOps and ALM frameworks.
- Knowledge of Azure services including Logic Apps, Functions and Service Bus.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and leadership skills.
- Experience managing technical teams and third-party delivery partners.
- The ability to balance technical considerations with business outcomes.
