Are you an experienced Programme Manager who thrives on delivering complex organisational transformation and shaping new operating models? I'm working with a mid-sized Housing Association looking for a Programme Manager to lead a high-profile transformation programme spanning two key directorates. This is a unique opportunity to shape and deliver new operating models and ways of working, bringing together multiple teams under a single, aligned programme of change.
You'll lead a complex, multi-workstream programme across two directorates, implement new operating models and service structures, and drive organisational change. You will ideally have experience with Social Housing, operating model implementations, and managing connectivity between projects & a range of senior stakeholders.
The salary on offer is between £60,000-£63,000 and there is a hybrid requirement with 2-days onsite in the Kent region.
