You will:
- Translate a defined technology vision into a clear, achievable target architecture
- Guide decision‑making around platforms, integrations, and system design

- Support a shift away from legacy systems toward modern platforms (including Salesforce and cloud)

This role is about technical assurance, direction, and influence. You’ll be working as part of a broader transformation programme aligned to TOM workstreams, with active delivery already underway in areas such as data and platforms.

Qualifications:
- Experience delivering or shaping enterprise or target architecture within transformation programmes
- A background in solution architecture, with a broader, enterprise mindset

- Strong understanding of how applications, data, and integrations come together in practice
- The ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly at board level
- Confidence to challenge decisions and bring commercial awareness to architecture choices
- Experience working in or alongside Agile delivery environments
- A background in engineering or software development earlier in your career would be valuable, as this role needs someone grounded in real delivery, not just theory
