Recruit with Purpose are supporting this wonderful Southeast based Housing Association to recruit for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their team. This position is perfect for someone with a proactive attitude, a desire to learn, and an interest in all things tech.
As an IT Service Desk Analyst, you’ll be the first point of contact for their internal customers, providing essential support. If you are someone who has good customer facing skills and the ability and professional understanding of the Azure Cloud platform, this is a fantastic role for you. You’ll have exposure to troubleshooting hardware, software, network, or telephony issues, you’ll be there to assist and make sure everything runs smoothly.
You’ll be a great fit if the below sounds like you:
- Analytical mindset and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- A strong working knowledge of the Azure Platform.
- Experience with Intune, Exchange Online, Active Directory / Entra, Azure Virtual Desktop and 8x8 telephony would be advantageous.

- Enjoy working with people and can explain technical issues in a way anyone can understand.
- You’re able to manage your time effectively across multiple tasks and work independently.
