I am working with a Housing Association based in Newcastle to recruit for a Cloud Infrastructure and Security Lead to join an established technical team and lead them through meaningful digital transformation.

This isn't a role buried in technical firefighting. You’ll be leading from the front, coaching, mentoring, and growing your team while fostering a collaborative, high-trust culture. With established technical capabilities already in-house, the focus is on people: guiding your team through change, developing their capabilities, and helping shape the future of infrastructure, cloud, and security services across the organisation.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading and managing technical teams, ideally within infrastructure and cloud-based services.
  • Strong understanding of Azure, Security, and Networking.
  • Leadership style that develops people, brings clarity, and fosters a high-performing team.
