Are you a technology leader who believes transformation should start with the business, not the technology?
A Housing Association in London is looking for a
Head of Technology, Data & Transformation to lead a newly reshaped function and play a pivotal role in delivering its digital and organisational transformation agenda.
It's an exciting time to join.
Following a recent restructure, Technology, Data and Transformation have been brought together under a single leadership role, creating an opportunity to shape how these functions work together and become true partners to the wider business.
This isn't simply about leading IT operations.
You will be someone who can influence at Executive level, bring people together around change and ensure technology, data and transformation are driven by business priorities rather than technical solutions.
- As Head of Technology, Data & Transformation, you'll be responsible for:
- Leading the Technology, Data and Transformation functions through an experienced management team.
- Developing and delivering the organisation's Digital, Data & Technology strategy.
- Driving major transformation programmes that improve services for customers and colleagues.
- Building strong relationships across the organisation to ensure technology and change are aligned with business priorities.
- Providing strategic leadership to Executive colleagues, strengthening governance, innovation and continuous improvement across the function.
The ideal candidate will have
- Significant leadership experience across Technology, Data and Transformation within a complex organisation.
- A proven track record of delivering business transformation, supported by a strong understanding of technology and data.
- The ability to influence Executive stakeholders, build credibility quickly and bring people on the journey.
- Experience leading high-performing multidisciplinary teams through periods of change.
- A collaborative leadership style, balancing strategic thinking with the ability to stay close enough to delivery to remove barriers and support teams when needed.
Housing experience would be preferred, although I'm also interested in speaking with candidates from other complex, customer-focused and regulated environments.
The role offers hybrid working in London with a salary of
£100,000 to £104,000 , alongside an excellent benefits package.
