Responsibilities

  • Leading the delivery of strategic transformation programmes across the organisation.
  • Leading and developing a high‑performing programme delivery team.
  • Driving strong programme governance, assurance and reporting across a complex change portfolio.
  • Managing programme‑level risks, dependencies, budgets and escalations.
  • Building effective relationships with senior stakeholders to maintain alignment on priorities and delivery expectations.
  • Supporting the development of business cases, benefits realisation and continuous improvement across programme delivery.

Qualifications

  • Significant experience leading complex transformation programmes within large organisations.
  • Experience leading and developing programme or project delivery teams.
  • A strong understanding of programme governance, assurance and portfolio management.
  • The ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders, providing both support and constructive challenge.
  • A strategic mindset, balanced with the ability to remain close enough to delivery to remove barriers and support teams when required.

Experience within housing would be advantageous, although we're also interested in speaking with candidates from similarly complex and regulated environments.

The role is based in London with hybrid working arrangements.
