A London-based Housing Association is in search of a Head of IT to be in charge of reviewing their current HMS, procuring a new platform, and ensuring its successful implementation. Reporting to the IT Director, you will take the helm on all things HMS, from developing a comprehensive strategy for HMS review, procurement, training, and ongoing HMS development. The primary objective is to modernise their system, enabling them to provide the best service to residents.
In this role, you'll have full ownership of the company-wide HMS systems. Your overarching role will encompass:
- Reviewing the current HMS.
- Procuring a new HMS or devising an upgrade plan for the existing one.
- Rolling out the new HMS.
- Ensuring successful adoption and usage of the new HMS.
- Staying abreast of all upgrades and module additions across departments.
You’ll be a great fit for this position if you bring:
- Proven experience in working with systems within Housing Associations or Local Authorities.
- Leadership skills, with the ability to manage and develop a team.
- Expertise in system review and examples of successful system procurement.
