Recruit with Purpose are looking for an experienced Interim Project Manager to lead a Microsoft Dynamics implementation for our housing association. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) over a 12-month period, ideal for a seasoned professional who thrives in complex, high-impact transformation projects.

About the Role:

You will take full ownership of the end-to-end delivery of this housing association's Microsoft Dynamics implementation, working closely with internal stakeholders, our technology teams, and third-party suppliers to ensure the project is delivered on time, within scope, and to budget.

  • Proven experience delivering Microsoft Dynamics implementations, ideally within a housing association or social housing environment
  • Strong end-to-end project management skills, with a track record of leading complex technology programmes
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills at all levels
  • Experience working in regulated or public sector organisations is highly desirable
  • Relevant project management qualification (Prince2, PMP, or equivalent) preferred

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full project lifecycle of the MS Dynamics implementation
  • Develop and maintain project plans, RAID logs, and governance reporting
  • Manage relationships with third-party suppliers and system integrators
  • Engage and align internal stakeholders across IT, operations, and senior leadership
  • Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies to keep delivery on track

Contract Details:

  • Duration: 12 months
  • Working pattern: 3 days per week
  • Rate: Negotiable
  • Start date: TBC likely to be early / mid June
