We’re seeking an experienced Interim Transformation Programme Manager to drive a key digital transformation within a housing association. This role will lead the delivery of complex change across core housing systems, with a focus on system integration, rationalisation, and modernisation.

You’ll bring proven experience delivering housing-specific transformation programmes, including digital initiatives, system mergers, and integration across HMS, CRM, and related platforms. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll ensure programmes are structured, outcomes-driven, and aligned to long-term service and data strategies.

This is a high-impact interim role for someone who understands the complexities of housing systems and can deliver change at pace.
