Are you looking for a job with a social purpose? Do you want to shape the future of data at this Housing Association? I am working with a growing Housing Association in the Northeast to recruit for a Data Architect to join their newly formed technology and transformation team. This is a greenfield opportunity in a forward-thinking association where you will have the opportunity to lead, innovate and make a real impact.

You will take ownership of their data strategy and build their data architecture from scratch with the help of data engineers, analysts and testers. If you thrive on solving challenges, working from a blank canvas, utilising modern technologies and leading teams then this could be a great opportunity for you. This is more than a technical role; it’s a strategic leadership role where you will be at the helm for shaping how the data is structured, processed and leveraged across the organisation.

You will be working closely with stakeholders across the business to drive a self-serve analytics culture, meaning that the data is insightful and can be actionable. As the business continues to expand, you’ll play a key role in scaling the data capabilities to support future growth.

You will be a great fit if you have experience in:

  • Design and implement Data Platforms and Architecture
  • Microsoft Synapse or Fabric
  • SQL (SSRS, SSIS)
  • Experience in leading teams or Mentoring Engineers

The salary on offer is up to £65,000 with some great benefits. This is a hybrid role with one day a week working in their office in the Northeast.

Please apply to this advert, reach out to me on LinkedIn, or contact me to learn more. If you don’t have an updated CV, then no problem, send what you have, and we can take it from there. I look forward to hearing from you.
