Recruit with Purpose are supporting a small housing association in London who are looking for someone to come in and focus on improving the quality of their data and then modernise the way the organisation utilises it, using SQL and Power BI.

This is a wonderful opportunity for a data professional with a housing background. This organisation is using Pyramid as their housing management system. Whilst Pyramid experience isn’t essential for this role, having experience or exposure to various other housing management systems would work well in this opportunity. They are also eager to get someone in this role who can implement best practices and help modernise the way this organisation uses their data.

What you will be doing in this role:

  • Work closely with IT and operational teams to review, verify, and enhance data across housing, property, support, fundraising, finance, and all connected systems.
  • Ensure data across all platforms is accurate, consistent, and complete, promoting best practices in data management and system use.
  • Address data-related enquiries and resolve data integrity or quality issues as they arise.
  • Partner with operational teams to advocate for strong data standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead the collection, validation, and analysis of performance data from housing and support systems to inform decision-making.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on data entry, performance monitoring, and the effective use of reporting and analytical tools.

What they want to see from you:

  • Proven experience with housing management systems; Pyramid would be advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong level of SQL, Power BI and reporting experience.
  • Proven experience cleaning and cleansing data to be able to make it usable to drive business insights forward.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate and report data to diverse audiences.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you will be working with stakeholders across the business to help them understand these data insights.

What is on offer to you:

  • Up to £47,000 for the right individual.
  • 25 days holiday plus 3 days for Xmas and your birthday off.
  • Remote first, happy for someone to come in twice a month (London).
  • Private Health Care cash plan.
  • Generous pension plan.
  • Holiday buy and sell scheme.
